How does BookedByBeauty actually work?
You connect your Instagram (and optionally WhatsApp) account, tell us about your business and services, and our AI assistant takes it from there — replying to client DMs instantly, answering questions, and guiding people through booking. Every conversation and booking shows up in your dashboard.
What platforms are supported?
Instagram DMs are supported on every plan. WhatsApp automation is available on Level 2. We're built to add more channels over time as our customers need them.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Business and client data is kept private to your account, and access tokens for connected channels are encrypted at rest. We only use your data to run your booking assistant — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, there's no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings.
Do I need any technical skills to set this up?
No. Setup is a guided, form-based onboarding wizard — tell us about your business and services, connect your Instagram account, and you're live. No code, no complicated integrations.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are up and running in under 15 minutes — filling in your business profile and connecting Instagram is the bulk of it.
