Services Provided
BookedByBeauty provides Instagram automation systems, chatbot setup, booking automation, lead capture systems, CRM integrations, and operational automation services for beauty businesses.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, completing onboarding forms, granting required account access, and responding during setup and onboarding.
Payments
Setup fees and monthly subscription pricing are outlined during the proposal stage. Payments are due on the invoice date. Late payments may result in service interruption. Completed setup work is non-refundable.
Automation Disclaimer
Automation performance and results may vary depending on Instagram activity, enquiry volume, customer engagement, response behaviour, and third-party platform functionality.
Third Party Platforms
BookedByBeauty may use platforms such as Instagram, Meta, ManyChat, Airtable, Make.com, Calendly and Wix. BookedByBeauty is not responsible for outages or changes made by these third-party platforms.
Service Limitations
BookedByBeauty cannot guarantee specific revenue increases, guaranteed bookings, or uninterrupted third-party platform performance.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellation terms require a 30-day notice period. Service deactivation will occur at the end of the final billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Workflows, systems, automations, branding and custom setup processes created by BookedByBeauty remain protected intellectual property.
Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Any customer information collected during the automation setup or onboarding process is stored securely and used exclusively for the purposes of providing support and delivering our professional services. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
